Several factors in our daily lives can cause inflammation, including:
▫️Artificial sweeteners and refined sugars
▫️Dairy
▫️Gluten
▫️Processed foods
▫️Processed meats
▫️Parabens & Phthalates
▫️Overuse of antibiotics
▫️Overuse of cleaning chemicals

A few healthy habits that can combat inflammation are:
▫️Exercise
▫️Quality sleep
▫️Consuming whole nutritious foods that are loaded with vitamins and minerals
▫️Add things like: turmeric, ginger, berries, leafy greens & omega-3 rich foods to your diet
▫️Drinking lots of water to keep hydrated
▫️Controlling your blood sugar levels
▫️Managing stress levels

Everything we use in, on, and around our bodies plays a major role in our health. If we want to live a healthy life, we must begin to minimize things that can cause inflammation and disease.

One of my closest friends () has given me some tips on how to switch my household cleaning products to safe, clean options. I am so thankful for her help!

My diet is very clean, but that's only half the battle-- I'm slowly removing chemical filled products from my home & shifting towards healthier options. Take it one item and one meal at a time. You aren't going to fix everything overnight!
