If you know Zoe, you know she LOVES to talk about the calendar so she was pretty excited when we got a request to make Days of the Week bracelets that would complement a favorite bracelet worn daily. We pulled out some beads we'd been saving for just the right occasion and Zoe made this super-fun custom set!

The Zo Much More "𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁-𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱itude Tour " officially made its final stop tonight at a place that epitomizes everything we love about this awesome inclusive town of Needham: Common Room Grill

The Common Room has thrown its support very publicly behind Zoe and have proven themselves to be a great champion for the local autism community. In addition, they have also partnered with Needham High School Best Buddies to provide an ideal venue for their annual alumni event and have been super welcoming anytime Zoe has gone there with her Best Buddies.

Zoe played up their black & gold color scheme and included lots of fun novelty beads straight off The Common Room Menu. Thank you, Common Room!!

With the tour coming to an end as Zoe ages out this Wednesday, we want to take a minute to thank all the local businesses and organizations she visited - and also thank her amazing team in the Needham Post-Graduate Transition Program as well as the many staff and students at Needham High School who have given her such a fantastic experience. Special shout out to Deana Moreschi who is 100% responsible for taking Zo Much More's vision for the "𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁-𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱itude Tour" and bringing it to life beyond what we ever imagined.

Second to last stop on the Zo Much More " 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁-𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱itude Tour " was another twofer - and it was an impressive one! Zoe visited both Needham Fire Stations 1 and 2 over two days.

Needham has an incredible Fire and Rescue Department with a longstanding reputation for their commitment to the Needham community and especially of the disability community. One thing we absolutely love is that each of Zoe's two jobs in Needham is located directly across the street from one of our two fire stations. This proximity is incredibly reassuring when we think about Zoe's safety as an adult in the community. NFD were fantastic hosts - and Station 2 takes the lead on the most people in the Tour picture! They even let Zoe sit in the new Tower Truck!!

Zoe leaned in heavily to a ladder theme in the products she made for the Local 1706 - including the first-ever Zo Much More Extension Fidget Pen! Thank you Needham Fire Department!!

Today the Zo Much More " 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁-𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱itude Tour " stopped at pretty important place - the Needham Police Department

We are so lucky in Needham to have a Police Department who proactively reaches out to the autism community and sets the tone in Needham as an inclusive community. In fact, they are so proactive and supportive that they posted about this tour stop even before we could!

As amazing as the school resource officer program is for the entire school district, it's all the more so for the special education population. The Police are true partners with the district and with special education families offering everything from station visits to visits to TOPSoccer to speakers on SEPAC panels. It's incredibly reassuring to know that the Police are familiar with Zoe and recognize her when she is out in the community. And of course, who doesn't love ?

Not surprisingly, Officer Rocket factored heavily into the Zo Much More products Zoe created for the Needham Police. Zoe also pulled through the theme of the police car and Needham Police colors. Thank you, Needham Police!

Super fun stop for The Zo Much More " 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁-𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱itude Tour " this morning at Hazel's Bakery!

Hazel's is that quintessential neighborhood bakery that has made many unique birthday cakes for Zoe for the years. Last year, we went in to order the cake for Zoe's 21st birthday and brought one of her business cards because we wanted to show them the color palette for the cake. They immediately offered to put the logo on the cake. We told them that we were looking for something different for her 21st, but we'd be back to take them up on it for her 22nd.

We couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome for today's visit.The Hazel's team actually remembered the design of the cake they had made for her 21st and told us that they had the business card hanging up in their office. They immediately put the products to good use including the card/picture holders right in their display case! The team even invited Zoe behind the counter for the photo op. And we most certainly placed the order for Zoe's Turning 22 cake before leaving.

Zoe focused on Hazel's bright pink and purple branding, added the red heart from the mug on their logo to the bracelets, and of course, featured birthday cake and cupcakes in the design of the products she made for them. Thank you, Hazel's!

The Zo Much More "𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁-𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱itude Tour " was back in action this morning with a stop at each of the two Needham Charles River YMCA locations!

The Needham Y is a tremendously supportive partner of the Needham High School Post-Graduate Program enabling them to incorporate being part of a fitness community into the curriculum. Whether it's a weekly swim at the Great Plain Ave location or what's now become a 4x/week treadmill-while-rocking-out-to-music-on-her-phone workout at the Chestnut St location, the Y has offered a consistent, safe, welcoming environment to learn life skills such as swiping a membership card, programming cardio machines and wiping down the equipment after using it. The staff always looks out for Zoe and takes pride in her success. And we also need to give to thanks to the other gym-goers as well who chat with her in the locker room, laugh off Zoe's occasional spontaneous dance breaks in the middle of the gym floor and who always make sure there's a treadmill open for her.

The Zo Much More products Zoe made for the Y play off the white background with the bright red, purple, teal, blue and pink color blocks that make up the iconic Y logo, webiste and materials. Zoe also added a beach ball - one of her most favorite items - to add to the playful spirit. Zoe will definitely be continuing to visit both Y's on a regular basis for years to come.
