One of the biggest struggles with WFH is snacking (we’ve all been there!), but it doesn’t have to be unhealthy.

Keep brain-boosting snacks like almonds 🥜, apple slices 🍏, and hummus with veggie sticks 🥒 nearby for a quick energy boost. And don’t forget to schedule short breaks!

Stretch, walk around, and drink water 💧 to avoid feeling sluggish.

These little adjustments can improve your productivity and keep you feeling great, even on the longest workdays. 💪

🍂 Fall mornings call for something warm, cozy, and nourishing. This Protein-Packed Pumpkin Oatmeal is the perfect blend of comfort and nutrition—rich in fiber, packed with protein, and naturally supportive for steady blood sugar.

Ingredients:
½ cup oats
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
½ cup pumpkin puree
Dash of cinnamon + nutmeg
Drizzle of almond butter

Directions:
1. Cook oats according to package instructions (stovetop or microwave).
