🧘Hello Yogis! It’s been a bit since I have posted, but yoga is still on! ☺️

I have a few updates. Check them out below ⬇️

🗓️I will be posting a calendar at the beginning of each month so you can plan your classes in advance! I like to plan and hope this helps you as well. 🤗

❄️With the cooler weather approaching, I like to get the heat turned up in the studio a couple of hours before class. For that reason (and maybe a few more 😉), I would like to ask if you could please register for Saturday classes in advance or even message me so I know you are coming. You can still pay when you arrive!

*I always have yoga on Thursday mornings, so no need to register for these classes. ☺️

Take it Easy yoga every Thursday this month from 10-11 a.m. All levels, no experience needed. $10. Drop ins welcome!

**Only ONE Saturday yoga class this month 😭. We have weddings three out of the four Saturdays, so I’m unable to hold class those days. Hoping to see you on 9/20! 👏🏻🥰

I have a fun addition to yoga this week! I will be teaching THREE days! 👏🏻👏🏻

🧘‍♂️I get to sub for the wonderful Sara Norman in Durand on Tuesday evening from 5:30-6:45. I would love to have you join me. Class will be held in the library at Caddie Woodlawn Elementary. Drop in rate is $12. Cash, check or Venmo will be accepted. Bring a mat along if you have one!

I will also be teaching Thursday and Saturday as usual at our Stone Barn studio. ☺️
