Wow - our Residents Association President from Stonebridge At Montgomery was recently awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce! Bravo, CB Beske!

We’re proud to celebrate our Residents Association President, Carol “CB” Beske, who recently received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Princeton Mercer Region Chamber of Commerce!

CB’s career and community service are truly inspiring. She founded ACT Engineers over 35 years ago, led major projects like the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission and Princeton Theological Seminary, and broke barriers as the first woman committee member and mayor in West Windsor, NJ.

Her dedication extends beyond her career—she’s served on the Mercer County Park Commission for more than 15 years, preserving hundreds of acres of land, and has supported countless local initiatives.Even as she considers retirement, CB continues to enrich life at Stonebridge, serving her second term as Residents Association President. Her family is a constant presence here, often joining in at the Stonebridge Regatta.

CB, we are honored to have you as part of our community. Your leadership, generosity, and spirit make Stonebridge a better place for everyone! 💛

Last week, residents at Allaire Crossing, a Springpoint affordable housing community, participated in a special LivWell "Helping through the Holidays" program. The residents made 100 care packages that were donated to the Market Street Mission in Asbury Park, and then participated in a restorative yoga and meditation session. 'Tis the season to give back to those in need, but to also make time for yourself! ❤️

The holidays shine a little brighter at Springpoint! One of the most special traditions across our communities is how residents come together to give back. From toy drives that bring joy to local children to thoughtful donations that support neighbors in need, these moments reflect the kindness, compassion, and generosity that truly embody the season.

Our LivWell team members bring extraordinary heart, talent, and dedication to our affordable housing communities — and they truly love what they do! Meet the dedicated team: Leo Aponte, Liz Burdge, Rebecca Cenicola, Jamie DeCaro, and Amanda Oberg. They all find deep fulfillment in helping residents build strength and confidence, witness meaningful physical and emotional progress, and forge personal connections that brighten every class and conversation.

Their passion for supporting older adults shines in everything they do, creating a warm, encouraging environment for all. This commitment reflects the incredible growth of Springpoint’s affordable housing wellness initiative. In partnership with Parker Health Group and with support from the Springpoint Foundation, our multifaceted LivWell program has expanded to eight affordable housing communities, even earning the Excellence in Innovation Award from LeadingAge New Jersey & Delaware for providing accessible, whole-person wellness opportunities to seniors who need them most.

At Springpoint, independent living means having the freedom to enjoy the little things that make life vibrant, engaging, and full of personality.

This month, our residents at The Oaks at Denville were treated to a festive “pop-up” library courtesy of the Denville Library — complete with holiday cheer and a wonderful selection of books.

We’re grateful for community partners who help bring enriching, one-of-a-kind experiences right to our residents’ doorstep. It’s just one example of how life at Springpoint stays active, connected, and joyfully unique!

The Denville Library came dressed with tons of Holiday Spirit for our monthly “pop-up” library! We are so lucky to have their support, and we thank them for everything they do for our community!

This Giving Tuesday, we’re proud to support the 19 Affordable Housing communities across the Springpoint network — and to focus on one of their greatest needs: access to healthy food. 🏠💙

Many older adults in these communities live at or below the poverty line, and as benefits decrease, food insecurity continues to rise. Your support truly matters. 🛒🥦

Thanks to the generosity of residents, families, and corporate partners, the Springpoint Foundation provided 15 fresh produce distributions and two healthy cooking demonstrations this year in partnership with Morrison Living — bringing real nourishment directly to seniors who need it most. 🥕🍳🤝
