This Giving Tuesday, we’re proud to support the 19 Affordable Housing communities across the Springpoint network — and to focus on one of their greatest needs: access to healthy food. 🏠💙

Many older adults in these communities live at or below the poverty line, and as benefits decrease, food insecurity continues to rise. Your support truly matters. 🛒🥦

Thanks to the generosity of residents, families, and corporate partners, the Springpoint Foundation provided 15 fresh produce distributions and two healthy cooking demonstrations this year in partnership with Morrison Living — bringing real nourishment directly to seniors who need it most. 🥕🍳🤝

Your Giving Tuesday gift helps us continue putting fresh produce into the hands of older adults while supporting dignity, wellness, and community. 🌱✨

Congratulations to the Springpoint University Class of 2025!

This week, 56 exceptional team members graduated from the inaugural class of Springpoint University. The lively celebration at our Meadow Lakes Life Plan Community brought together residents and fellow team members, who cheered as each graduate received their certificate from President and CEO Anthony Argondizza.

Thanks to all those individuals, especially Vice President of Human Resources Sandi Ko, for making this important initiative possible. And a special thank you to resident Mr. Ga***rd French, who made the moment even more memorable by performing the recessional song as our graduates walked across the stage. James McCracken, President and CEO of Leading Age New Jersey & Delaware, was also in attendance.

Springpoint celebrates community spirit at The Moorings at Lewes!

We’re proud to shine a spotlight on the incredible residents at The Moorings at Lewes, our Life Plan Community in Delaware, who continue demonstrating what it means to stay active, engaged, and connected through meaningful community involvement.

This month, resident “elves” have been gathering weekly to wrap gifts for local children - a great way to spread holiday cheer throughout the community.

At Springpoint, we believe in creating opportunities for residents to stay involved, share their talents, and make a positive impact. The Moorings at Lewes embodies that spirit, and we’re grateful for the smiles, generosity, and holiday joy they bring to those around them.

At Stonebridge at Montgomery, our strength comes from the people who show up every day with kindness, expertise, and a commitment to helping residents thrive. Dawn LeBoeuf is one of those people.

As our community’s Clinic Coordinator, Dawn leads with genuine care—supporting Independent Living residents as they navigate changing health needs and advocating for services that help them age in place with confidence. Her approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and centered on dignity and exceptional service.

We’re also deeply appreciative of the way Dawn supports our team. As a Springpoint University faculty member, she played a key role in launching the inaugural “Basic Health Care 101” course, empowering colleagues across the organization with essential knowledge in compliance, HIPAA, and the foundations of high-quality care.
