Community connection in action at Meadow Lakes! Before the end of summer, students from the nearby Peddie School field hockey team spent the day with residents—swapping tech tips, playing games, creating art, and sharing plenty of laughs.

🌟 Springpoint Employee Spotlight: Jennifer Johnson 🌟

Jennifer joined The Moorings at Lewes in 2022 and quickly became a steady, compassionate force throughout the community. An LPN in Safe Harbor, our Memory Care Unit in Assisted Living, she independently earned her Certified Dementia Practitioner credential—on her own time and dime—because she believes that residents deserve nothing less. Calm, patient, and deeply kind, Jennifer cares for residents like family, advocates fiercely for their dignity, and brings humanity to every interaction.

She’s known for creating “happy minutes,” building joy into daily care, and finding creative ways—like a resident fashion show—to help memories, confidence, and laughter shine through.

The Springpoint Experience lives in the hands and heart of people like Jennifer. 💙

Wow - our Residents Association President from Stonebridge At Montgomery was recently awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce! Bravo, CB Beske!

We’re proud to celebrate our Residents Association President, Carol “CB” Beske, who recently received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Princeton Mercer Region Chamber of Commerce!

CB’s career and community service are truly inspiring. She founded ACT Engineers over 35 years ago, led major projects like the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission and Princeton Theological Seminary, and broke barriers as the first woman committee member and mayor in West Windsor, NJ.

Her dedication extends beyond her career—she’s served on the Mercer County Park Commission for more than 15 years, preserving hundreds of acres of land, and has supported countless local initiatives.Even as she considers retirement, CB continues to enrich life at Stonebridge, serving her second term as Residents Association President. Her family is a constant presence here, often joining in at the Stonebridge Regatta.

CB, we are honored to have you as part of our community. Your leadership, generosity, and spirit make Stonebridge a better place for everyone! 💛

Last week, residents at Allaire Crossing, a Springpoint affordable housing community, participated in a special LivWell "Helping through the Holidays" program. The residents made 100 care packages that were donated to the Market Street Mission in Asbury Park, and then participated in a restorative yoga and meditation session. 'Tis the season to give back to those in need, but to also make time for yourself! ❤️

The holidays shine a little brighter at Springpoint! One of the most special traditions across our communities is how residents come together to give back. From toy drives that bring joy to local children to thoughtful donations that support neighbors in need, these moments reflect the kindness, compassion, and generosity that truly embody the season.

The spirit of giving is strong at Springpoint, and we couldn’t be more inspired by our residents who lead with heart. Thank you for showing what community is all about—during the holidays and all year long.
