Through a series of unique postures, poses, and movements that only relies on YOU and your breath, Foundation Training activates your posterior muscle chain (back extensors, deep core stabilizers, abdominals, glutes and hamstring) and teaches you to take the burden of supporting your body out of your joints and into your muscles where it belongs. This movement pattern also teaches you how to anchor your pelvis, decompress your spine, improve muscular posture, and restore balance by using your body the way nature intended.
