This week, our girls will participate in a special session titled "Making the Invisible Visible." ✨ A movement-based wellness workshop designed to help them understand how emotions, stress, and life experiences can show up in the body, led by Beautifully Flawed.

Through gentle movement, reflection, and guided conversation, our girls will learn healthy ways to release stress, build emotional awareness, and strengthen mind-body resilience in a safe, supportive space.

Central State University!!! We had a time, we had a time!!! The Mental Health Keynote focused on staying anchored in faith, purpose, community, and healthy practices for coping and self-care during difficult times.

Parents need group mental health and social support too!

That is why Beautifully Flawed is expanding its services and teaming up with Meadows Counseling Group to offer a FREE 6-week educational support group for parents. Attending all 6 workshops and engagement in the volunteer outreach and social outing are highly encouraged to receive the full benefit of the series.
