We began our journey as a home-based, local, small business called Louisville Elderberry but quickly grew out of our home kitchen and expanded our capabilities to offer nation-wide shipping services. Our founder, Jenny Watson, is a wife to her husband, Michael and momma of two little ones. She began making and selling her elderberry syrup to help other families maintain healthy immune systems throughout the whole house. She is passionate about Jesus, her family, naps, nerdy board games and of course, elderberry syrup.

We’re a small, community-focused health store looking for a warm, reliable, and energetic Storefront Team Member to be the welcoming face of our shop. If you love healthy living, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a friendly environment, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist customers with a smile
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
Lots of standing and physical activity
Keep shelves stocked, clean, and organized
Share product knowledge and recommendations
Maintain a tidy, inviting storefront
Help with production needs

What We’re Looking For:

Friendly, approachable personality
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Lift and move heavy items daily
Interest in natural, organic, and healthy products (a plus!)
Reliability and punctuality
