Bryt Fyt 5K this Saturday!🏃‍♀️

We’re getting together for the Bryt Fyt 5K this Saturday at 9:00 AM and would love to have you join us.

We’ll meet at the Lansing Fitness Center and head out from there. Run it, jog it, or walk it — whatever pace feels good for you. The goal is simply to move our bodies and spend some time together as a community.

Bring a friend, your kids, your animals, your spouse… everyone is welcome. We hope to see you there this weekend!

Meet the Coach: Kayleigh Hamann 🤍

From growing up in northeast Iowa to now living out in the country with her husband Joseph and their two dogs, Kayleigh is someone who truly loves the outdoors and the lifestyle that comes with it. Whether it’s hunting, spending time on family land, or just enjoying the quiet of country life, she’s happiest outside.

When she’s not training, you’ll find her working on small projects, spending time with friends and family, or teaching students through her role in Ag in the Classroom. Her career keeps her busy and constantly on the go, which is exactly why she understands how challenging it can be to balance health, fitness, and a demanding schedule.

Kayleigh’s fitness journey started long before coaching. She’s always loved being active, especially as a runner, and even competed in college athletics. But when that chapter ended, the routine and structure she relied on disappeared. Between life changes and the stress of school, she gained weight and didn’t feel like herself anymore. Like many people, she tried to figure things out on her own… but nothing seemed to stick.

Everything changed in 2024 when she reached out to Brytnee and started working with her as a coach. Through strength training, consistency, and building sustainable habits, Kayleigh rediscovered what it felt like to be strong, capable, and confident again. What started as a goal to get back on track quickly became a complete transformation in how she approached fitness and taking care of herself.

Now a certified nutrition coach, Kayleigh is passionate about helping others build balance in their busy lives. Her coaching style focuses on realistic structure, sustainable habits, and creating routines that fit your life.

Meet the Coach: Cassidy Sponem🤍

From small-town roots in Plain, Wisconsin, to country life outside of Arena, Cassidy is a wife, boy mom to 4-year-old twin boys, rescue pup mama, and a coach who truly understands the season you’re in.

Before stepping into coaching, Cassidy worked as a certified medical assistant and now helps manage her husband’s trucking business but her most rewarding role is being a stay-at-home mom. In between it all? She’s trying new recipes, moving her body in ways that feel good, and sneaking in a good book when she can.

Cassidy’s fitness journey wasn’t perfect and that’s exactly why it’s powerful.

After her sports career ended, she gained 50 pounds by the end of college. She slowly started prioritizing her health again, only to enter one of the hardest seasons of her life: pregnancy and postpartum with twins. She hired a coach, struggled with consistency, didn’t see results, and quit.

But something shifted.

After taking time away, she made the decision to recommit, and reaching back out changed everything. Through consistency, effort, and sustainable habits, she rebuilt her confidence and found the strength she didn’t know she had.

Now a certified fitness coach (with a Women’s Health Certification), Cassidy is passionate about helping women feel confident in every season of life, especially the messy, busy, motherhood-filled ones.
