Today we are announcing the winner of the Progress Photos category from our 12 Week New Year Challenge!!

This individual utilized our on-demand workouts alongside our online nutrition coaching, and for 12 weeks straight she sent in her weekly check-ins. Not only was she open to feedback, but she consistently applied it to her life.

She is a manager at her workplace and with that comes long days and added stress, but she didn’t let that stop her from showing up for herself. No matter what her days looked like she continued to put in the work and stay committed to her goals.

In her own words:
“My biggest takeaway is not expecting perfection. In the past I would always give it a good go and would have some days that weren’t perfect, but those days turned into weeks and months. I could have easily done that with this challenge, but I decided to start over every time after bad day. I’ve learned you can still live life and work towards your goal.”

Toni truly led from the front, inspiring those around her by sharing her journey. Toni traveled often in these last 12 weeks for work conferences but by consistently showing up for on-demand workouts and pushing herself a little more each week, she showed so much growth and progress.

Alongside Toni’s commitment to on demand workouts, she stayed on top of her nutrition that supported her goals and overall progress. Today we are announcing the winner of the most completed on-demand workouts during our 12 Week New Year Challenge. Each week challengers were given 4 workouts to complete (48 total) and this individual didn’t miss a single one!!👏🏼

She is a proud mom to an almost 11-month-old, a wife, and works a full-time job. She didn’t have it easy and most of her workouts were done late at night. She’s a previous paid client of ours so she came in with knowledge around nutrition and applied it throughout this challenge without ever being asked.

In her own words:
“I am so proud of myself! To be honest I did have bad days and started struggling at the end tracking, but overall I feel proud because I didn’t give up even when I did struggle.”

I messaged Brytnee in June of 2022 when I recognized that I was implementing poor eating habits, poor social habits, and not moving my body. I knew I needed to do something, but wasn’t sure where to start.

I started one-on-one coaching with Team Bryt Fyt where I learned a lot about tracking macros, how to read labels, and how to still enjoy my life while implementing healthy habits. I continued implementing these habits through the years.

In September of 2024 I found out I was pregnant and really struggled working out and eating throughout the pregnancy. When I was about 6 months postpartum I knew I wanted to get back in the routine of creating healthy habits. It has always been a goal of mine to be the healthiest version of myself not only for me but my family as well.

I struggled finding a new routine that fit my new but blessed lifestyle. I reached out to Brytnee again to help guide me through finding the right routine. With my previous knowledge I learned from Team Bryt Fyt I realized what I needed to do and have been working so hard since.

It’s not always pretty. It’s not always easy. But it’s worth it.

But this time, Lainee did things differently and it shows. In just a couple of months of working with Kayleigh 1:1, she’s down 12.1 lbs while building habits that actually fit her life!!

Through a personalized plan, nutrition guidance, daily check-ins, encouragement, and real accountability, Lainee has stayed consistent and continued showing up for herself day after day.
