Stress doesn’t just stay in your thoughts.

It often shows up physically in the body, sometimes before you even realize you’re feeling overwhelmed.

Over time, many people start to notice patterns.

In reality, most people dealing with burnout are still pushing through.

They’re working.
Handling responsibilities.
Showing up for other people.

From the outside, everything looks fine.

What changes is how much effort it takes to keep going.

Energy drops faster.
Patience shortens.
Recovery takes longer.

Interruptions feel bigger.
Noise feels harder to tolerate.
Patience runs out faster.
