The New Bern Pride × Peace Counseling Food Drive Is Live!

Our community food drive boxes are officially placed at several local businesses across New Bern who have stepped up to support Peace Counseling Center’s community pantry.

Current Drop-Off Locations:
-Joy and Light New Bern
-The Bear and the Beard
-Marz Aerial Arts & Fitness
-Bellator Roasting Company
-New Bern Civic Theatre
-Nails by Nichelle

We’re still growing this network. If you own or work for a local business that would be willing to host a donation box, or if you have a suggestion for where one should go, reach out!

We’re also looking for a few reliable volunteers who can commit to checking the boxes regularly and coordinating pickup when they’re full. **Join Us in Supporting the Peace Pantry!**

We’re kicking off a community-wide food drive to help stock the shelves of the Peace Pantry, and we need YOUR help to make it a success!

How You Can Help:
We're collecting non-perishable food items to support families in need. Every can, box, and bag makes a difference!

There are several fun and meaningful ways to get involved:
- Decorate a Donation Box– Add some creativity and love to our collection bins!
- Deliver a Box to a Location– Help us place donation boxes at local businesses, schools, and churches.
- Monitor a Box Location– Check in weekly to collect donations and keep the area tidy.
- Assist with cataloging the drop offs– Coordinate with the Peace Pantry volunteers.

Whether you have an hour or a whole day, your time and energy can make a real impact.
