I can't believe Thanksgiving is next week. Is time flying just as fast for everyone else ?? I can't keep up! So I made a pot of my stove-top potpourri and had it simmering the last 2 days and it's really helped me get in the Thanksgiving and Christmas Spirit. If you are ready to Christmas shop, I have some gift baggies of my Stove Top Potpourri, some Christmas ornaments and bookmarks available. I'm also going to be making more plant hangers.
Potpourri is 3$ a bag or 4 for 10$
Christmas ornaments are 6$ each or 4 for 20$

Hi there! I've been working on a few things lately and wanted to share one I'm really proud of. I've never had the opportunity to use antlers and let me tell you.. this was SO MUCH FUN! I couldn't be more proud of how it turned out. I got the pattern off of Pinterest, but now that I've made one myself, I can get more creative if I get another opportunity. Let me know what y'all think! I might be into taking some custom orders again soon. Message me if that's something you're interested in 🙂

Hey there. It's been a while! Lots of life happened, but it's been good. I've been enjoying and soaking up life with my boys and we've gained lots of feathery and furry family too. One dog, nine chickens and two bunnies to be exact. It's been real good.

Lately, I've been thinking a bit about macrame and kind of got an itch for it again. So I thought maybe I would dabble in some plant hangers again and maybe can help relieve a little bit of financial strain, grocery prices are craaaazzyy!

Anyways, I'm just trying it out a little and having some fun being creative again. But homeschooling my boys will still be priority and I still have to be careful with my hand.

So for now, here are some plant hangers that are available, $15 each. I might get more color options if enough people are interested. Send me a DM if you are!

Merry Christmas Eve-Eve!!! ***LONG POST ALERT***

I made a post on my Instagram stories about a life update and I realize that some of you may not have Instagram or check stories, so I thought I would go ahead and make a post here.

First off, 2021 has been incredible! My business really seemed to just take off this year! I am honestly so blown away!! I am incredibly thankful and blessed by all of you. I have an amazing family, amazing friends, the New Braunfels community is just awesome!! Every single one of you that have supported me whether that be by purchasing something or sharing my posts, seriously. THANK YOU!!!! I couldn't have made it this far with out you.

But honestly, Knots Unwind Me is doing TOO good. Which is a great problem to have. I tried different things to try and make it work but really I think I am at a place where I need to go full time if I want to continue this and want it to continue to grow. But something has to give.

I have two amazing boys at home with me. I homeschool one and the other is in Mothers Day Out but will be homeschooled full time after this school year.

The boys and homeschooling them is my passion. Not macrame. I think macrame was exactly what I needed for a season. I didn't even mean for this to turn into a business, which is just crazy!! And honestly that's the part that makes this bittersweet. It wasn't on purpose but it's turned into this amazing journey. The markets are so fun!!! You meet new people in your community and make new friends. It's so great. And it's kind of sad because I could probably take this so much further if I wanted. But, I don't. Not right now anyways.

I woke up one morning a few weeks ago with God's peace just overcoming me. I woke up knowing this is what I need to do and that it's okay. And I even got really excited about this. I AM excited for this.

So what does this mean? What does that look like?

I will no longer be doing markets. I will keep my Instagram and Facebook because I will continue to take a limited amount of custom orders a month if that is something people are still interested in. Plus, I'm a real crafty person and I've had ideas and things Ive wanted to try but never got too. So I may still make some things and post them. I will also have some smaller things in the American Mail Center and maybe another place.

But ultimately, this will become more of a hobby again instead of a business.

So there you have it. Again, thank you everyone. There are no words for how incredibly thank ful I am for all of you. I am just blown away by the amount of support I have. Thank you!!

That being said, I've been having a last minute Christmas sale. This will go on until everything is gone. I need to be able to clean up and make space for the new year. So I will post what I have left.
