Sarah Villarreal, LMT, blends medical knowledge, intuitive touch, and compassionate care in every session. She began working in healthcare at 15, serving in nursing homes, ICU, ER, and labor & delivery, building a strong foundation in both science and healing arts. Massage therapy runs in her family—her father was an LMT in the 1990s and early 2000s—and Sarah grew up learning the craft at a young age.

With over six years of professional experience, she has worked with clients seeking everything from simple relaxation to support for complex conditions such as spina bifida, cerebral palsy, autism, and more. While deeply grounded in medical knowledge, Sarah also embraces energy work, encouraging clients to see themselves as their own best practitioners. Her role is to guide, re-align, and support positive shifts through consistent, confident care.
