Sarah Villarreal, LMT, blends medical knowledge, intuitive touch, and compassionate care in every session. She began working in healthcare at 15, serving in nursing homes, ICU, ER, and labor & delivery, building a strong foundation in both science and healing arts. Massage therapy runs in her family—her father was an LMT in the 1990s and early 2000s—and Sarah grew up learning the craft at a young age.
