I really can’t believe I’ve almost made it another year around the sun. When everything pointed to no, god said yes an I’m forever grateful for that. I’m still here and I’m still fighting. I can’t give up, my son still needs me, my family loves me an I still have a couple of folks who still care about me ❤️💪🏼🤗

Question for any of my Facebook friends on here that are also on dialysis whether on hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis, has your hair either fallen out at one point or has thinned out at all? I’d like to know if there are more people besides me dealing with this issue.Also what are some things you’ve done to get it to grow back or thicken , I’d appreciate the advice.

Dealing with kidney failure an peritoneal dialysis every single day is already a lot but also having a child that understands what’s going on an a child who is constantly worried about me an whether or not he can be a kidney donor for me, breaks my heart. He’s 14 years old an should be focused on school, his friends, even video games(which he does wonderfully in school and has a few amazing kids as friends) but nope. He’s really concerned about me.when I talk about my son on here I just want y’all to see a little bit of how wonderful, determined, and loving my son is.
Sorry for discussing this but I’ve had alot on my mind this past week an felt like talking about it would make me feel better. It sucks having an illness that can’t be cured unless you receive an organ from another living person. Some people can be really selfish when it comes to being a donor, especially those who are healthy enough to donate a kidney to someone else but choose not to. Idk but just wanted to get that out.Thanks for reading 💚❤️💚❤️💚❤️💚❤️💚❤️💚❤️
