Garden Therapy Today I decided that every time I get an urge to purchase another pair of shoes, I will plant something, or go digging in my garden. Oh well, !!!!

I can't express enough the joy I get from planting or watching things grow. Let me preface all this by saying, I have no idea what on earth I'm doing. I just know that you plant, and things grow. I often find that I see plants that I find to be beautiful, especially perennials, and then a year or two later I realize I have to dig it up and find a new place for it. I had no idea how big it would get and then plant something else very close to it. I end up having the poor plants crowd each other, and no space for an individual spotlight. Just like life, figuring it all out where I go. Looking forward to a what my garden brings this year.

To say I've abandoned my beautiful garden is an understatement. Well, actually as soon as the Temps dip below 45 degrees I tend to put a blind eye to it. Garden season is over. What I saw today was work, work, work, work, work. Lol. I realize that in order to have a fruitful season next year, I'll have to start prepping my garden from now. So bed by bed, I'll start to clear this mess and compost what needs to be composted and see what difference I have in the growth of the garden next year. 🤞🏾🌱

As we get the first dose of snow, I think about how much I'd rather be living in a warmer climate, permanently. How this cold is no good for my health, I was born in the heat and long to return to it. In the v meantime, I try to continue my growing inside, by any means necessary. The easiest things to grow are scallions/onions as they call it in America. I say scallions. I keep the bottoms after I cut them for seasoning my food and place them in water. I just love to watch them grow. It's the closest I can get to planting until I get my grow tent up and fully running. 🌱🍃🌾🌼⚘🥀🌺🏵💐🦋
