Rutgers Cooperative Extension Middlesex County Educator, Matthew, enjoyed teaching his program class at Greater Brunswick Charter School, about nutrients and variety of food choices. He completed the tropical smoothie recipe with the youth and Dr. Stacy Onofrietti, that the youth enjoyed the taste of while it provided so many nutrients. For future programs contact Dr. Stacy Onofrietti, supervisor at: stacy.onofrietti.phd@rutgers.edu
