2 tbsp mayonnaise (sugar-free)

1 tsp curry powder

1 tbsp red onion, finely chopped

1 tbsp fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped

Juice of 1/2 lime

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1 tbsp chopped celery for crunch
