Grab a couple of resistance bands with you when on vacation, beach, home, or even at the office. These series of band movements will get your heart rate up, strength conditioning and flexibility to the next level.⁣

⏰ ⁣
As many rounds as possible between 15-20 minutes total. ⁣

30-45 seconds of work⁣
15 seconds of rest between exercise ⁣
2-4 minutes rest between rounds ⁣

Your body engages throughout the exercises, isolating the targeted muscles. Resistance bands will increase the strength of your muscles and stimulate growth. I recommend these for those who want to do a quick body workout (travelers, businessmen, students, or stay home)⁣

COMMON MISTAKE YOU SEE ALL THE TIME IN THE GYM. It might be easier to learn how to keep your core activated/engaged by understanding what not to do. For example:
Stop raising your lower back when trying to do crunches by activating/engaging your core muscles to keep your lower back pressed into the mart or floor.

Is never too late to change bad habits. When you keep your back straight and use your knees, there is no stress on the spine.

Making good bending mechanics a habit will prolong your spinal health so that you can do the activities you enjoy doing for as long as you want to do them.

It was not the last forward bend to pick up that pencil that caused your severe back pain; it was the accumulation of insults that eventually “broke the camel’s back”.
