Grab a couple of resistance bands with you when on vacation, beach, home, or even at the office. These series of band movements will get your heart rate up, strength conditioning and flexibility to the next level.

30-45 seconds of work
15 seconds of rest between exercise
2-4 minutes rest between rounds
