High-Protein Mango Ice Cream 🥭🍦💪
Recipe:
Add 1 cup cottage cheese into a blender.
Add 1 cup frozen mango, 1–2 tablespoons honey, and a splash of milk.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a container and freeze for 3–4 hours until thick.
Scoop and serve.
