Do you want to make changes in your life but always feel like you get in your own way? Want to manage your anxiety or depression better so that it doesn’t control you? Do you need help coping with stressors at school, work, or home? Desire deeper communication or clearer boundaries in your relationships? Do you want to let go of old beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you but which still define how you see yourself and relate to others? Are you hoping to rediscover a sense of purpose? I’m passionate about working with people just like you, who are taking big steps toward personal growth, self-development, improved mental health, and wellness.
My approach combines elements of person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, existential therapy, emotion-focused therapy, relational life therapy, and narrative therapy to create an individual plan to help each client reach their goals. I also offer outdoor Walk and Talk sessions at local parks and trails. I am currently taking new teenage and adult clients, including couples.
I believe that our work together will help you recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors interfere with your wellness; develop skills to manage daily stressors and major life events; and lead a more authentic and meaningful life.
