Earth & Sky Yoga Yoga and Aerial Arts Studio Mantra Yoga and Aerial Arts is located at One Stamford Landing in Stamford, CT. We are a supportive, down-to-earth community.

We offer yoga & aerial arts classes that are accessible, affordable and open to all levels of students. At Mantra, our amazing instructors support and nurture their student’s practice, from encouraging the absolute beginner to challenging the seasoned practitioner. In the warmer months, we take it outside and practice our morning weekend yoga classes on Stamford Landing Dock, just steps from our studio. When things cool down, our indoor classes are gently heated with overhead infrared panels and morning and evening classes are practiced by candlelight. Throughout the year we offer fun and informative workshops. Whether you are seeking the increased mindfulness, strength and flexibility gained through a regular yoga practice, or looking for the exhilaration of soaring to new heights in aerial arts, there is a place for you at Mantra. Hello friends! I am very happy to announce that, after much searching, I have found my new yoga home. Your Community Yoga Center in Hamden, CT is a lovely warm and welcoming studio. I'll be teaching my first class next Friday at 9am. Starting December 4th, I will be teaching weekly classes on Sundays at 4pm and Mondays at 5:30pm. The great news is that all of my classes will be available on Zoom as well, so I hope to see many of you guys soon! To see more about the studio and to register for next Friday's class, go to:

All good things... Thanks to everyone who walked through our doors over the past 4 years. You all made Mantra the magical place it was. And extra thanks to everyone who stopped in to say hi last weekend as we packed things up and super extra thanks to for all of her help!

It's definitely not ideal... But there is something special about teaching these zoom classes live. One is that Norton the parrot, who misses socializing as much as his Mama, gets so excited when he sees everyone begin to appear on screen! For me it's been amazing to be able to see you all and to feel connected for an hour or so 🙏❤️🧘

Based on popularity and some requests will be making some tweaks to our online class schedule next week. Stay tuned for updates!

Hey Mantra yogis, it's Linda here... Wanted to share an old photo from 2016 right after I purchased Mantra of me and Norton in our old space. Well, it's still me and Norton, but our new space is home for the time being. Please join me for my 5:30 p.m. class this evening on Zoom.
