Having a baby means your body goes through so many changes — physically, emotionally, and hormonally. And while you’re pouring into your baby, your healing, tired body still needs someone pouring into you.

That’s why I created Postpartum Peace — a baby-free, full-body massage + intentional rest session made just for mothers who deserve time to be cared for, not just needed.

🌿 Two Session Options (Both Full-Body)
✨ 60-Min Massage + 60-Min Rest (2 Hours Total)
Gentle, restorative full-body massage focused on new-mom tension — followed by one full hour of uninterrupted peace. No rushing, no noise, just rest.
✨ 90-Min Massage + 60-Min Rest (2.5 Hours Total)
More time for deeper relief in the shoulders, lower back, hips, arms, and feet — plus the same full hour of quiet recovery afterward.

Giving birth is a full-body experience — physically, emotionally, hormonally. The intentional 60 minutes of rest after your massage isn’t just “extra time”… it’s part of the healing. Rest may help:
•Keep the body in the rest + digest (healing) state longer
•Lower cortisol (stress hormone) and reduce anxiety
•Support better sleep and nervous system regulation
•Ease tension from breastfeeding, holding baby, and lack of sleep
•Give moms a rare moment to breathe, cry, journal, or simply exist without being needed
