Rootz N Remediez is a sacred space devoted to helping individuals reclaim their wholeness through ancestral wisdom, embodied wellness, and intuitive self-healing. 🦋
My mission is to guide others back to their own inner knowing—through sacred movement, therapeutic massage, divine femininity and masculinity, and intentional spiritual practices—so they can restore harmony within their bodies, reclaim their sovereignty, and root themselves in a life of vitality, softness, and strength. 🧘🏽♀️🧘🏾♂️
My journey didn’t start in peace—it began in survival. I’ve walked through birth trauma, burnout, and the ache of disconnection from my body, my voice, and my truth. But I found my way back. Through breath. Through movement. Through intuition. Through rebuilding my strength—not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually.
Now, I guide others on that same path of sacred self-return. 💫
This isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am.
My work is rooted in experience, guided by intuition, and led by the soul.
