I'm thrilled to be recovering well from my recent foot surgery. As I look to the future, I'm excited to resume my tea group in September. What groups or activities would you like to explore? Options could include meditation, Kundalini yoga, new moon or full moon rituals, or other pursuits. Your input is welcome.

No tea group this month, still healing, and we have some construction going on, hopefully some time next month. 🤕💪🏼🚧💼

I have a surgical procedure this month , so I have been trying to plan when to start up the tea group again. I am probably looking at March. My husband work schedule has changed, he is now off on Saturdays, so trying to decide on another morning during that 11;30 am hour. Also thinking about doing a evening Meditation group- any thoughts, maybe work it in to new moon/full moon ceremonial activities. Humm, what do you think?
