I’ve got fresh speckled pea microgreens ready for your Thanksgiving dishes, and your frozen cookies and rolls will be ready for pickup on Friday, too — perfect for baking at home whenever you’re ready. I’ll include simple instructions for thawing and baking so you can create those warm, cozy holiday moments without any stress.

Yesterday’s class at Pink Confetti Company was an absolute blast! 💚
We rolled, mixed, and sprinkled our way straight into the holiday spirit — and the room was full of laughter, flour, and good vibes from start to finish.

A huge thank-you to Amber and Staci for always being the best help, hype crew, and all-around superheroes during class. 💪 You two keep everything flowing, the dough rising, and the energy high — couldn’t do it without you!

And an extra big shoutout to Fran, the MVP behind the scenes, for watching the kids and keeping the mini–Golden Greens crew happy and entertained while we baked our hearts out. 🥰

I’m so grateful for everyone who joined the sold-out class and made it such a joyful afternoon. You remind me exactly why I love this little Golden Greens world so much. 🥖🌿
