Quick dinner but make it ✨unnecessarily delicious✨

Cheddar + chive sourdough bread
Fresh mozzarella.
Roasted chicken.
Another layer of mozzarella because… obviously.

Toasted it up nice and golden, then topped it with a fresh arugula salad tossed in feta, extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice, salt + pepper.

Finished with balsamic vinegar...and red wine- always 🍷😉👩‍🍳

Crunchy. Melty. Bright. Salty. Cozy.

We stretched, folded, and worked our magic with a Pinot Noir + rye infusion — because plain bread? Not in this kitchen. The kids and I are embracing change, finding our calm, and building something beautiful one morning at a time. And Golden Greens? She’s growing right along with us 🌿

New systems. New inspiration. New things coming to the table soon.
Same heart. Same handmade magic.🪄

And I have to say a HUGE thank you to my friends and family who showed up, lifted boxes, watched kids, brought coffee, and made this transition possible. I couldn’t do this without you — truly.♥️

Ferment & Flow yesterday was an absolute vibe — flour everywhere, starters bubbling, lots of laughs, and the kind of happy kitchen chaos that means something really good is happening.
Thank you so much to everyone who came out to mix, fold, and ferment with us — you truly made it such a cozy, joy-filled Sunday. Huge love to Amber and Staci, my kitchen MVPs, Jen for the beautiful space, and Fran for keeping the kiddos happy so the grown-ups could play with dough 🙌
