If you feel like it's not a good time to hire a sleep coach think about all the things you can't do because you're exhausted or full of anxiety about the next wake up.

Sleep isn't always going to be perfect even after you're fully sleep trained. We are humans raising little humans.

My 1-year-old is teething so though he pretty much slept through the night he did wake up a few times frustrated and uncomfortable.

But with some gentle comfort and understanding those wake ups were so short that I would still classify it as him sleeping through the night.

You can read all the sleep books, all the mommy blogs, and all the how-to guides when trying to support your child's sleep, but you don't always have to do it alone.

Needing extra support?

Want to have fewer wake ups in 7 days or less?

Wishing bedtime wasn't full of tantrums and resistance?

Let's get on the call and talk about how to do just that!

If you're struggling through your transformation from maiden to mother, hang in there!

You are not alone, and yes it does suck!

But it gets better, though not necessarily all on its own.

Postpartum is a time of exploration. A time to get to know not only your baby, but also everyone around you as they navigate their new roles as mom, dad, grandparents, uncles/aunts, siblings, etc.

Most importantly, postpartum is a time to get to know the new you.

You want to know the secret to prioritizing your baby? It's by prioritizing yourself first.

Happy mom, happy baby!

Take care of yourself and everything else will fall into place.

You've got this, Mama!

The transition into motherhood is a big deal.

You deserve to feel supported, confident, and prepare —not just for labor, but for life after birth.

✨ This is where I come in ✨

I’m here to walk beside you through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum as your:
•Coach — keeping you anchored in your goals and growth
•Educator — making the overwhelming feel understandable
•Doula — offering real-time and trauma informed support
•Advocate — someone in your corner when you’re unsure who to trust

When you work with me, you’ll have:

✔️ A clear, realistic plan for birth and postpartum
✔️ Honest conversations that normalize your fears and questions
✔️ Tools to build your confidence and trust your instincts
✔️ A safe space to cry, celebrate, vent, and be real
✔️ Encouragement to challenge limiting beliefs and step into your strength
✔️ Accountability to care for yourself, not just the baby

One thing I want to highlight with the support that I provide is that I don't just give a 15% off thank you to military families.

Being married to an active duty service member and preparing to move across the world and away from family has given me so much insight into what it's actually like to be a military family.

It can absolutely be an adventure (here we come, Hawaii 🤗), but it is not all sunshine and rainbows. And it's not something you'd understand unless you actually went through it.

That's why I created my unique military pricing structure available to all current service members and their families.

But that's not all. Stay tuned for more ways I'm structuring my business to support active duty military members and their families. 🪖

Most of these are pretty self-explanatory but I want to talk about Cry It Out (CIO).

When done correctly CIO will not harm your child. But doing it correctly also means encouraging the right candidates to utilize this method with their children.

Not every parent or caregiver is a good candidate to actually use this method. So what's actually harmful about CIO is when the wrong people use it, or when people use it incorrectly because they haven't been properly educated or trained and a behavioral conditioning process turns into neglect and abandonment.

Do I like CIO? No.

Do I teach my families to use CIO? Also no.

I use a gentle, yet effective approach, and parents generally see improvement within 4 days. Getting to your overall goal may take longer than using CIO, but not by that much.

So in general I wouldn't recommend using CIO, but if you are using it, I don't think you're doing anything to harm your child as long as you're using it correctly and still responding when necessary.

The big thing to remember when using CIO is that it's not for everyone. And it may actually do more harm to you than your child if it is too much for your heart to handle.

So if that's you but you're also desperate for sleep support please know that there are other ways to improve your child's sleep than just the traditional sleep training methods.
