Healing Through Your Story Holding sacred spaces for healing since 1999. Our mission is to heal humans' disconnectedness from their bodies, spirit, the earth, and the Divine.

Since 1999, Native American Medicine Woman Mountain Flower has created environments for people to feel safe, fulfilled, and empowered. Her mission is to shift your perception of what's possible so you can deliberately live a more joyful, meaningful life. Her unique approaches to helping people overcome unworthiness and feeling incomplete have been referred to as “All-encompassing,” “Clearing the way for intent to be set and lived,” “Extremely innovative, “and “Clear, powerful, solid methods to get the work done!” Mountain Flower facilitates workshops on healing unhealthy energetic ties and has an apprenticeship program in advanced energy medicine. Most ceremonies and healing protocols Mountain Flower facilitates have come to her during meditation as a “download” from the Divine. She is committed to following the direction of Source even when it's uncomfortable. Her gifts have inspired thousands through her published books, public speaking, and ceremonies in North and South America, China, Nepal, and Bangladesh. Some of Mountain Flower’s ceremonies are:

Mountain Flower turned her adversity into a mission focused on nurturing the spirits of women globally. Mountain Flower studied with shamans in North and South America to develop a unique understanding of the human condition and the relationship between all living beings. She is also a Karuna Reiki Master and a 200-hour RYT in Forrest Yoga. She also has a division that publishes inspirational books for Yogis, Health Coaches, and Energy Healers. Her transformational writing process helps women embrace the most challenging parts of their journey and turn them into a source of inspiration for their community. As a result, authors can take their clients deeper and provide a more enriching experience. An avid supporter of women’s and girls’ empowerment, Mountain Flower has facilitated leadership training for college-age women in China, Nepal, and Bangladesh. She has also served on the board of directors for Girl Scouts of CT, is a past president of the Southeastern CT Women's Network, and a former Area Governor for Toastmasters International. Medicine Drum Creation Ceremony
We are celebrating the equinox by weaving intention, presence and personal medicine into sacred instruments. This openness can sometimes leave us energetically vulnerable.

Mountain Flower is an Indigenous medicine woman, spiritual mentor, facilitator, Karuna Reiki Master Teacher, 6x author, and founder of Intentional Instruments. Her work serves as a bridge between worlds, creating spaces of profound connection and healing that amplify experiences of feeling divine presence.

As a sacred instrument maker and founder of Intentional Instruments, Mountain Flower crafts ceremonial drums, rattles, and smudge fans carrying four generations of indigenous wisdom. Every sacred tool she makes is created in ceremonial space, infused with thousands of prayers, and guided by spiritual resonance. Because of her intention, logs appear when she's ready to make drums.
