💧 Let’s Talk About Arousal & Lubrication 💧
Getting “wet” isn’t the same as being turned on — and not being wet doesn’t mean something’s wrong. Many women notice changes in arousal or natural lubrication, especially after childbirth, during menopause, with hormonal shifts, or when life feels stressful.
Physical arousal (what your body does) and mental arousal (what your mind feels) don’t always match up — and that’s completely normal!!
If you aren’t enjoying wood as much as Taylor-ifyou’re noticing dryness or difficulty “getting there,” try slowing down, using a good-quality lubricant, focusing on touch and connection, and checking in with your healthcare provider if it persists. Hormones, stress, and even certain medications can all play a role.
You deserve pleasure, comfort, and confidence in your body. 💕
Arousal isn’t a performance — it’s a process.
