As this year comes to an end. I have many thought-provoking lessons and experiences that I will hold close to my heart.

One thing that has stuck with me on this journey called life has to do with limitations. One thing I find to be very interesting about limitations is that sometimes we don’t even create them ourselves.

Limitations that fester in our brains, and our bodies come from the world around us. Whether it is our loved ones or the corporations that we entrust with our health and livelihood.
On an unseen subconscious level, there is a data exchange that happens that directly impacts the way we view ourselves and what we are capable of accomplishing.

These limitations are not real UNTIL you believe them.

I hope this short and random video can be a reminder to someone .. never forget those limitations that exist within within your mind can be removed. You are in fact !!

It’s been a long time coming!! We have had many eras and changes over the last three years. All of which served their purposes.

In the present moment, we have lots of surprises on the horizon and we are extremely excited to share them with you all in this upcoming week.

One thing that we’ve learned over the last few years is that change is inevitable and it is most definitely necessary!

We just hope that you all understand this fact!
