Quick and Easy breakfast for your next meal prep 🤗😋
Ingredients:
-1 cup of rolled oats
-1 tsp of cinnamon
-1/3 cups of oat flour
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-1 egg
-1/4 cups melted butter
-1/3 cup of light brown sugar
-1/3 cup of peanut butter
-1/4 cup of honey
-1/2 cup of semi sweet or dark chocolate chips
Recipe:
Preheat oven to 350F
Mix melted butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and honey in a bowl. After mixing, add egg and vanilla extract
Add in dry ingredients and stir until mixed. Transfer to a lined 8x8 baking dish
Bake for 22-26 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting!
