Still floating and gently integrating the beauty of Saturday’s sacred fellowship ✨
Thank you for holding such a powerful, nourishing space for Black women to Release, Restore, and Rest. Every moment was intentional, from the tears that softened our hearts, to the laughter that reminded us of our joy, and to the encouragement that wrapped us like a warm embrace.💜
My spirit feels full in a way only true sisterhood can create. We gathered not just to be present, but to truly see one another; to pour love, affirmation, and healing into each other. 💜
Shout-out to the facilitators and activation stations who lovingly held space and poured into every woman throughout the retreat. Each offering, whether through touch, movement, conversation, and stillness was a reminder that healing happens when we are seen, supported, and gently guided.💜
Thank you to the women on the panel. The conversation around our image, especially our hair, and how it has been used as a tool for discrimination was deeply healing. We held space for the generational wounds tied to how Black bodies and beauty have been policed, while also honoring the truth of who we are beyond those narratives. 💜
Sam ,the visionary who made this all possible!
Your commitment to nurturing, protecting, and uplifting Black women is deeply felt. Thank you for creating a space where our minds, bodies, and spirits could breathe, release, and simply be. Truly grateful for you and all that you do for the community💜✨
