I have way more discipline than I give myself credit for.
And honestly? I have the capability to do a MUCH longer fast.

Me and my husband did a juice cleanse and here’s what I learned:

• The prep was the hardest part, not the cleanse.
• As someone used to fasting, juicing felt easy. I wasn’t even hungry.
• Adding moringa to my green juices had me energized — it’s iron-rich, protein-packed, and keeps your blood sugar steady.
• Cilantro… it really does help the body release heavy metals and bloat.
• I added turmeric + ginger for inflammation and digestion — 10/10 recommend.
• I took activated charcoal to help bind and move toxins.
• And I drank more water than tea to flush everything out.

By day 2 I prepped a simple cabbage soup for the next day to ease myself back in… and honestly I felt so clear, light, and aligned.
