In Stephen Covey's "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People," the "Circle of Influence" refers to the areas of one's life where you have control and can directly impact outcomes, essentially representing the things you can actively change or influence through your actions and behaviors, as opposed to "Circle of Concern" which encompasses things you worry about but cannot control; the key idea is to focus energy on expanding your Circle of Influence by focusing on what you can control rather than dwelling on what you can't

Join me while I share powerful insights and practices that can carry you through difficult times- in order to find joy in the midst of it all. It will include didactic lessons, guided meditation, and question and answer sessions. You will deepen your perspective and capacity to meet life with courage and care. You will learn to cultivate the skills of mindfulness, equanimity, gratitude, and forgiveness, and how to apply them to your daily life.

While participation in this course does not entail a doctor-patient relationship, as an experienced psychiatrist, yoga, and meditation teacher, I will provide the support, guidance, and tools that you need in order to live a more skillful and joyful life!
