It's Day 21!! I dedicated the past 21 days to journaling, meditating, moving my body through yoga, and focusing on nutrition by eliminating dairy, meats, caffeine, and alcohol.
This reset was far from easy, but if I’ve learned anything in this past year is that I can do anything I put my mind to.
I began this reset because I needed to gain clarity and peace in order to fully re-commit to my goals and life of my dreams.
What I gained:
✨Mental clarity, no more brain fog
✨Established a morning routine
✨A new appreciation for my body
✨Peaceful, positive mindset
✨Better sleep
✨Less bloating
✨Sized down from a size 6/8 to a size 2/4
✨Increased energy
✨Improved nutrition habits
✨Re-commitment to my wellness journey
When I fuel my body and mind properly it’s amazing how more free I am to put energy into the things that truly matter to me.
Stepping out of 2020 with mental peace, clarity, and freedom was always the goal...so here’s to bigger and better things in 2021.
