Preparing for a Hurricane 🌀 can be stressful please keep these tips in mind. As you friendly neighborhood lactation consultant and breastfeeding mom , I created a quick graphic to help my fellow breastfeeding mothers and patients 💜

If you loose power and frozen milk defrosts you have 24hrs to use or donate.

IF frozen breastmilk fully defrosts use the defrosted milk first SAVE your freshly expressed as you only have 24hrs on defrosted but fresh has 4 days if kept cold. You might have power again by then!
