Enchilada night in this house hold!
My absolute favorite 💜🌮

Recipe inspired by
Pack of chicken breast, sautéed with onions, bell peppers, garlic and diced tomatoes & seasoned with low sodium taco seasoning blend
Rolled into low carb, high fiber, whole wheat tortillas
Topped with red enchilada sauce, fiesta style cheese blend & a mixture of corn, back beans and tomatoes
(My side has an additional topping of banana peppers- as seen in photo, not everyone’s favorite spice!)🙄🌶

Going to be a long day at work! Preparing ahead of time, so I don’t feel the need to order delivery👍🏼

15 bean soup soaking in the crock pot for 10 hours! I LOVE a good crockpot dinner. 💜

15 bean soup, comes with its own seasoning packet. I cook mine with veggie broth vs water to give it more flavor. And add veggies (onions, garlic, bell peppers, carrots, banana peppers) - just to spice it up a bit! You can add meat- if desired! Super easy to prepare!👌🏼

Cannot wait for dinner! 😍

Considering our brains are composed of ~80% water-Dehydration is a common indicator of headaches!

Adequate hydration also assists with the absorption of many micronutrients, regularity in bowels, and assist with hunger between meals!

Water doesn’t have to be boring- add some citrus, cucumbers, berries- to give it some flavor!
