When youāre asked to bring something and donāt want another sugar bomb. These Life Shake Protein Cups are simple, shareable, and packed with protein.š
Ingredients: 2 scoops Life Shake - French Vanilla, 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 cup rolled oats, 1 ripe banana, 4 tbsp dark chocolate chips (optional, for topping) and a pinch of sea salt (optional, for topping).
Combine the protein powder, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Mash a banana and incorporate it into the mixture until smooth. Mix in the rolled oats and evenly distribute the mixture into your chosen molds or containers, like a muffin pan. Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake the snacks for 10 minutes. Once baked, remove from the oven and allow them to cool.
If desired, in a separate bowl, melt the chocolate chips and evenly distribute it over the top of portion and sprinkle sea salt. Place them in the freezer for 1 hour, or until the chocolate has hardened. Enjoy! š
