Here are five prenatal yoga poses I recommend for moms preparing for a smooth, natural birth:

* Prayer squat (Malasana): Opens the hips and pelvis while strengthening the lower body—great for encouraging optimal baby positioning.

* Wide-legged forward fold (Prasarita Padottanasana): Gently stretches the hamstrings and lower back while relieving tension and promoting circulation.

* Cat-Cow stretch: Supports spinal flexibility, eases back discomfort, and helps create space in the belly for baby.

* Butterfly pose (Baddha Konasana): Opens the hips and inner thighs, improving flexibility in the pelvic region.

* Child’s pose (Balasana): Encourages relaxation, relieves lower back pressure, and provides a calming rest position during pregnancy.

Our Yoga & Pilates Club is a women-only outdoor sanctuary designed for nervous system reset, deep stretch, mobility, and embodied liberation. From spring through fall, we gather under the open sky to move, breathe, release, and reconnect.
This isn’t just a class ,it’s community.
Members-only sessions every Saturday and Sunday.
Workshops. Healing circles. Intentional events.
