I am pleased to announce that my friend Amanda and I have developed a guided meditation, written in story form, to provide a valuable resource for parents and children seeking to cultivate mindfulness. Our book has been honored with an award for its beautiful illustrations. With its infusion of Reiki and loving energy, I look forward to attending the Louisiana Book Fest in Baton Rouge on November 1st, where we will be signing books from 2-2:45 pm at the Cavelier House Book Tent, ahead of the book's official release date of November 18th.
