City Park Physical Therapy Our goal is to become your primary choice in our community for outpatient rehabilitation services relating to musculoskeletal disorders and injuries.

City Park Physical Therapy, LLC is an Outpatient Rehabilitation clinic providing Physical and Occupational Therapy for orthopedic and neurological disorders related to musculoskeletal injuries and disorders. We provide manual therapy, myofasical release, massage, modalities including cold laser for the reduction of pain and inflammation and to promote faster healing, cervical and spinal traction using the latest decompression traction.
