What an incredible opportunity to share the benefits of Oncology Massage and MLD with this LIVESTRONG group. They were so engaged and genuinely curious - it was exciting and infectious!💪

I’m honored to work so closely with many of the amazing staff members at the Hanover Area YMCA who work tirelessly to support our local community.🙌

🌱 It’s been a year full of growth, hard work, and a lot of learning.

If I’ve learned anything in my 31 years, it’s that you have to be willing to take risks to get the things you want.💪

Today, I clocked out of my part-time office job for the last time (nervously, I might add). ⏰

Change is scary and leaving behind a sense of security is a little overwhelming, to say the least.🫠

But I remind myself…I’ve done it before. Nearly four years ago, I walked away from a career in human resources without a clue as to what was next…and the universe led me to massage therapy. 💆‍♀️

This time, I just get to do more of what I love. I get to commit to growing my business and offering massage therapy to people who need it full-time.💚

And I couldn’t do it without the incredible clients who come to see me time and time again. I’m forever grateful to each of you. 🙏

So here’s to giving it my all and not looking back. 🙌

If you’re thinking about making a move, trying something new, and taking a risk, this is your sign to DO IT! 🫶
