Wilderness & Mountain Safety Institute We provide mountain rescue, wilderness medicine and water rescue training and credentials on a Nationally reognized level.

The Wilderness & Mountain Safety Institute provides wilderness medicine and safety courses to aspiring guides, search & rescue teams, outdoor enthusiasts, scouting organizations, park rangers or anyone interested in learning quality outdoor skills. Our instructors are highly experienced Wilderness EMT's and Remote Paramedics. Being experienced on emrgency medical issues in the backcountry/wilderness is what separates us from our competitors. Courses we offer are: Wilderness First Aid, Wilderness First Responder, CPR, Backcountry Food Handler's License, Backcountry Water Safety, Swiftwater Rescue Technician, Search & Rescue Technician (I, II & III) and we also offer customized courses.
