Whether it is strength training or endurance program of swim, bike, run or all three in triathlon, JAM Fitness vision is to have people change their lives for the better through human performance. For my clients: The words “I Can’t” become “I Will Try”. About Jenny: She is a Certified Personal Trainer with American Council on Exercise,
Certified Level 1 Coach with USA Triathlon, Nutrition Fitness Specialist and Senior Fitness Specialist with American Council on Exercise and Completed Training Peaks University as a Level 1 Training Peaks Coach. She is a 140.6 IRONMAN Finisher and a mom of 3 fantastic children. Most of all, I am a Christ Follower. I love to read, travel, cook, exercise, and I love CATS.
