ERYT500 and YACEP based in New Smyrna Beach Florida. Currently teaching group Vinyasa and Yin Yoga classes in NSB. I also teach online, various workshops, host retreats and teach private lessons. I am certified through the ACA to instruct Stand Up Paddleboard and SUP Yoga.

What a wonderful event Save the Manatee Club hosted Saturday. It was a beautiful day, there were manatee everywhere, and our team did so well in the 5K. Thank you to our 18 team members for participating.
It was an honor to be a sponsor for the event. The manatee are very close to my heart as they are, to many of the paddleboarders in our community. As part of our sponsorship, our team was able to adopt a beautiful girl manatee named Una.
