Happy New Year!!!
In 2026 I will be working on PROGRESS and not having a life with a PRESSURE because that is a nervous system wrecker! 

* Learning to say NO is OK!! Respecting your time is very important.

* Take out the negative things in your life. The energy around you is real! Don’t let bad energy bring you down.

*BREATHE! I’m not talking, shallow breathing like we all do. I’m talking take a time out to deep breathe. Your cells will thank you!

* Move that body! A body emotion stays in motion.

* More self-care! Do I have the time? YES!
How, with a busy schedule?
- Turn off the TV and stop mindless scrolling on your phone creates the time you need.

* Of course we know eating more whole foods helps fuel the body with nutrition. That creates a healthy one and remember, we only have ONE LIFE TO LIVE!

*SMILE often!! Even when you are at your low,JUST SMILE. Trust me, it works!!

I am personally feeling it’s a year of growth for me. I always say if you’re bored with life, it’s time to find something new to learn. Humans need accomplishment and growth!

HAPPY 2026 and remember be easy on yourself this year. If you are making any changes, don’t make it stressful because it doesn’t have to be.❤️
