As a host on , so much of ’s life has played out on the radio — from getting engaged to her husband to going into labor with her second child.

She says her listeners feel like family, because they've been with her every step of the way. Most recently, they lifted her up after a serious accident, where she was hit by a car on her scooter. She spent 15 days in the hospital, and said when she returned to the air earlier this week that messages of encouragement from her Mash Up family gave her the strength she needed.

Sasha Cohen is a figure skating legend — she’s a 6-time medalist at the U.S. National Championships, and a 3-time medalist at the World Championships. She spent 20 years laser-focused on one goal: winning gold at the Olympic Games. She went into the 2006 Winter Olympics as the favorite, but after falling in the first two jumps of her long program, she went home with a silver medal — a moment she says she’s still processing.

Today, Sasha has a totally different career, a passion for investing and entrepreneurship, and two kids under the age of three. She’s built a new way of living, but she says her two decades of skating serve as the foundation for who she is.

Hint Founder never planned on disrupting the beverage industry. But when she kicked her diet soda habit and found that her simple recipe for fruit-infused water made a difference in her own health, she set out to share what she’d created with other people looking for a healthier (but not boring) alternative to soda.

Along the way, her passion for building and her life at home fueled each other. She stocked her first products on the shelves at Whole Foods the day she had her 4th child.
