MINI BAND WALK
The mini band walk is a great exercise that targets your hip abductors and your glutes, which allows for external rotation. This is an excellent corrective exercise that will help to improve your squats. Strengthening the hip external rotators improves stability and prevents injury in the hips, knees and ankles. Having strong external rotators can also reduce pain in the knee and back.
