When I close my eyes and imagine a safe place my inner child plays freely, it’s always my grandparents backyard. Large meadows extend beyond the rolling hill where their home sits. I loved frolicking through the tall grasses and laying under the sun rays.

In my personal journey I’ve been witnessing layers of myself that I’m excited to alchemize. The fears of being seen and heard.

Some of the things my ego tells me when I feel myself shining bright and in my power:
“The government is watching me because I’m a threat” “Negative reactions in my environment and with others are because shining bright” “People will look at me different and become frightened” “I will not be accepted by others” “I don’t know what I’m doing” “I feel guilty asking for money for something everyone deserves to have” “I’m a burden to others for taking the financial risks I’ve taken”
…..
This is the year I come out of my shell. Loving myself and being sure of who I am, the gift I am, the treasure I am. No matter how weird and strange I sometimes feel. It’s the quirky ones with wild imagination, that are changing the world.

Mother Earth is my biggest inspiration. Look at the ways a tree grows, reaching for the sky while digging deep into the Earth, spreading its roots further than we could imagine.

Inspired by as I lean into and discover how I play in my day and follow the creative spark.

I realized there’s a few key ingredients I use to tap into creative flow.

1. Attune to the rhythm of nature
2. Listen to your body and follow
3. Notice when the critical mind pops up and recenter with your breath
4. Have a sanctuary space that is energetically alive and vibrationally high
5. Gather tools you desire to play with
6. Do it
7. Celebrate it

The first time I sought out energy healing support was in 2020 when I was leading my first virtual flower workshop. I was so nervous I didn’t want to do it. But I had already sent out information.

My self sabotage went as far as locking myself out of my apartment the day prior “by accident”. I thought, “oh well! I guess I can’t do it anymore”. But ultimately I knew this was a cop out and decided to forge forward.

I knew I needed an sos level support. A faint memory of a woman I followed on Instagram who was sharing about wellness and reiki came to mind.

The night before the workshop, on a lion’s gate portal, I received my first reiki healing.

The next day I was emotionally stable enough to gather the final supplies and show up for the workshop. This flower image is from that workshop.

It’s scary stuff moving forward on your dreams and being a leader in your life. Similar to stage freight, this workshop brought up so many fears.

Energetic support, especially while moving forward on big scary goals, can be vital to the process.

This is what I offer inside the Muña Membership. Energetic support.

It’s the safe and loving spaces that helps us the most while in pursuit of our dreams. It’s the therapy sessions, the sisterhood circles, plant medicine ceremonies, the quiet moments deep in the forest that make all the difference.

I’ve been avoiding and ghosting money.

This is the year to really get into it. Because the goals I have for myself and the life I’m creating depends on it.

As I increase my level of income I am doing it while in alignment with my soul’s purpose. I’m doing it while honoring myself.

While honoring that I am a soul with a human body.

Ultimately we can choose how we want our relationship with money to look and feel like.

What if we created income through love? What if money was generated through our joy and creativity? Through our heart’s passion? What if when we gave and received money, it was done so in the energy of love, of pleasure, mm this feels good!

Some reflections that came from strolling by magnolia trees and the spring blossoms.

I’ve been leaning in and accepting the seasons more. Nature is always showing us how to live in harmony.

There is no force and no pressure to produce in a certain way in nature. It’s normal to accept how a forest comes together. Each plant in their own way of growing and being part of a larger functioning ecosystem.

Everything flows naturally because each plant is expressing in its unique way.

Imagine if there were only orange trees on the planet. It would be impossible.

We are here on Earth and we are also part of nature. So why make yourself into something you’re not? The world won’t experience harmony if we do.

This is a safe space to dive deep into all of the areas of our human experience. The light and the dark. The feelings that take us away into rage and a temptation to destroy our creations.

To set fire to it all …. And hide under the blankets away from any responsibility.

Because it can feel scary, it can feel uncertain. On the path of healing and creation, there is always destruction.

Emotions will rise and triggers will bring us into our shadows.

Today was my day I wanted to set everything on fire and burn it to the ground 🔥

I was feeling doubt and insecurity. I was finding myself enter a pattern I lived for many years when I was younger. Eating less, sleeping more, and disassociating from my body.

But today there are a few things I’m really proud of:

☀️realizing I need to share more of this on this platform and anywhere I create

☀️Seeing I’m still hiding parts of myself for fear of rejection and not being accepted

☀️While feeling everything, I was able to continue moving forward on projects and complete some tasks today.

☀️I did not destroy anything in a self sabotage way. Instead I realized how my soul needs me to change in how I show up.

I looove holding space for a deep healing journey. Sometimes I forget Muña Creative Collective is a place for me to be held through my journey also.

ALL of you is welcome here. In the Muña Membership, you will be held and supported through the ups and downs of life, with the intention of growth.

When I say plant medicine, I mean ALL types of plant medicine.

Earth is… a teacher, a mother, a guide - healer, therapist, a joyful companion, a source for inspiration, a work of art, perfection.

I love you Earth, I accept ALL of you.
Thank you for holding us, guiding us back to remember our abundance, our divine light, truth, and infinite love.

Entering a healing space I cultivate is like entering a space created with the love of the Earth. Pachamama’s wisdom runs through my veins.

These were the words I heard as I sat by the ocean, reflecting on money and envisioning my financial goals.

It started when the belief that “wanting or having money and wealth is greedy” came up.

But then it dawned on me. Money is not something we should feel guilty for having. Money is an HONOR to have. We need to speak about it as such.

Having wealth and money is a responsibility. Do you make financial choices out of scarcity, or out of abundance?

(The number in your bank account does not determine if you are abundant or not.)

What I realized is making purchases from the energy of “not having enough” is not any different than being a wealthy person who seeks to earn more money from an energy of “not having enough”. Both are examples of greed and scarcity.

Scarcity is a mindset focused on the past or future. It is the sensation of being powerless unless something externally is there to support us and make us feel safe and of value. Often times money takes on that role.

Greed comes from the energy of needing more and not having enough. When in reality, we have enough. It’s ok to want more. More is just a cherry on top!

Abundance is a mindset of being present. It says, “I have all of my needs met and I’m grateful for all of the resources available to me. In this moment I am safe and always taken care of. In this moment I have myself, my breath, and trust myself to keep me safe. I make choices that light me up and feel expansive.”

Money is a form of energy and simply a neutral tool. It is also a way for life force to flow through you. This energy is sacred and needs to be treated as such.

On some other level it made sense to me and helped me along my healing journey with money. For that reason I know it’ll click for others and help them in their healing journey.*
