Join us for a 5-week in-person art therapy group designed to help you explore emotions, build resilience, and connect with others through creativity.

🗓 Mondays | March 30 – April 27
⏰ 6:00–7:15 PM

Facilitated by Art Therapist Brittany Knapp, LCAT, ATR at Art Therapy Place.

This supportive group is open to women (inclusive of trans women) and femme-identified adults 21+ experiencing depression, anxiety, or mood challenges who are looking for a creative space to process emotions, build coping skills, and share experiences in a supportive environment.

✨ Group Details
• 5-week series
• $75 per session
• $300 when paid in full ($60/session)
• Sliding scale available upon inquiry

Due to interest, we have expanded the group to include ages 21+ to make space for more participants.

This 8-week Art Therapy Creative Processing Group is for women (inclusive of trans women) and femme-identified adults 25+ who are navigating depression, anxiety, mood shifts, burnout, relationship stress, or simply feeling stuck and wanting support that goes deeper than surface conversation.

We’ll use art-making as a way to gently reveal what’s underneath — and process it together.

✨ All materials are included.
✨ No art experience is required.

This isn’t about being “good” at art. It’s about being honest, curious, and willing to show up.

This space is about:
• expressing what feels hard to name
• building creative coping tools
• strengthening self-esteem
• feeling seen and supported in community

Cost & Commitment: $75/session with a 4 week minimum commitment or $60/session if you commit to all 8 sessions. **Please inquire on our website for limited sliding scale openings!

Visit Lost & Found Space this February for a series of guided, supportive art-making sessions designed to help you slow down, reflect, and create in community. No prior art experience needed — just bring yourself.

🖌️ Workshops include:
• Intention Painting – Thursday, Feb 5 | 6:30–8:30 PM
• Art Open Studio – Sunday, Feb 15 | 1–4 PM
• Vision Board Session – Thursday, Feb 19 | 6:30–8:30 PM

All sessions are facilitated by artist Eve Kat ( ), an experienced artist who earned an MA in Creative Arts Therapy, and will gently guide the creative process with grounding and supportive prompts.
