During our health and wellness journey we tend to overthink everything that we do. If we’re doing something correctly? Are we’re educating ourselves enough? Are we putting in enough time and effort to achieve your goals? Do I even have enough TIME??
We compare ourselves to others who seem to be more confident in what they’re doing and love themselves more. But the fact of the matter is that we’re never truly confident in something.😅 We practice and fail until we personally feel that we are good at something. 😂👀 Yes, I know we’ve all been there. “Fake it until you make it” has a deeper meaning than we think.💡
Whether you’re struggling with having confidence in the gym, creating a wellness routine, or simply trying to create better nutrition habits, you’re going to keep trying until you find what works best for you because confidence is contagious. Self-love is contagious. We may turn to others to receive guidance and have an idea of how to start, but as long as we show up as the person that we strive to be that’s the energy that will follow!
Don’t give up on yourself at this point in your journey just because the road is a little bumpy. Nothing good in life comes easy, so continue to work hard and show up for yourself!🙌🏽🤍
